Lesson 7: Powerful Love 

Topic: In this story, Alongsiders and their little brothers and sisters will hear a story of sacrifice that draws a parallel to the life and death of Jesus on the cross.  

Scripture: The scripture for this lesson is Ephesians 2:8-9.

Discussion: The discussion questions will guide the Alongsider and their little brother or sister in understanding the reason for God’s sacrifice and salvation.

Activity: Through the application activity they will spend time thanking Jesus for what he has done in laying down his life for us.
